We offer exchanges or returns for change of mind within 14 days of purchase, providing that the item is in brand-new and unopened condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a standard postage charge may apply to send the replacement item.
We will refund or replace items which are faulty or defective, in addition to the protections offered under Australian consumer law (within Australia). We will cover the costs of return shipping and replacement shipping in this case.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit within Australia, we will endeavour to recover these items, if we are unable to recover the items, we will replace them at no cost to the customer, or fully refund the customer, at our discretion.
