Returns & Warranty

  • All items come with 1 year warranty unless stated otherwise in the item description. If you items arrived DOA (Dead On Arrival) or is defective (NOT due to misuse), you must contact us within 7 days.

  • Returned items must be in acceptable condition and without physical damage, except damaged in transit.

  • The returned items will be inspected and if faulty, it will either be replaced where possible or a refund will be issued.

  • For warranty replacement, returned item will be replaced or repaired. It takes approximately 1-2 weeks. We will replace or repair the item depending on product availability.

  • If the replacement is not available, a refund of the purchase price will be issued.

  • If a non-defective item is returned for refund, item must be returned in its original condition and packing.
