We started out 9 long years ago servicing the local community and quickly became the talk of the town, word spread about our award winning customer service and our ability to simplify a very complicated industry. So we set out on our mission to make life easier for our customers, we figured out how to simplify all the technical jargon nobody really understands and provide an experience with our products and services.

Along the way we expanded our retail footprint throughout NSW and QLD, with big dreams to one day expand Australia wide. We also partnered up with Vodafone to bring you the best deals on all of your favourite brands like Apple, Samsung, Google, Nokia, Huawei, Oppo and many more. Whether you're looking for a new phone or tablet deal or just some protection for your new toy we've got you covered! (pun intended)

We also found out that the most complicated place to buy anything tech related is online. So we decided to venture out Australia wide and did what we do best, made it simple. We're proud to bring you our online store where you can pretty much get any accessory to keep your baby safe. We don't judge whether you're an iPhone fanatic or a Samsung Galaxy Jedi, either way we've got you covered! (pun intended again)

That's why we're giving you 30 days to return any item purchased from our Catch store for an exchange or refund, provided that the below conditions are met.

Follow these simple steps so that you can return your item(s):

  • Contact us via Catch messaging system
  • Our customer service team will contact you with the returns address details
  • Once contacted by our returns team, please send your item(s) to the address provided. The customer is liable to pay for return postage unless the item is deemed faulty
  • Smart Phones Shop is not liable for any items you return to us that are lost or damaged in transit
  • Please also note that the original shipping fee for your order will not be eligible for a refund
  • Once processed, we'll send you a confirmation
