StarBuy are authorised online stockists of all the brands listed on Catch. All Watches are shipped with the full manufacturers Australian warranties, instructions booklets in the original Brand packaging.
- All items returned must be in the same condition as originally received. They must be in an unworn condition and must be accompanied by their original packaging, warranty papers, instruction manuals, tags and a copy of the invoice. The items being returned must not be resized, engraved or worn for any period of time. In case of watches, the bracelets must not be altered in any way. No return will be accepted without a tag.
- It is the buyers responsibility to pack the items properly before returning. We recommend that the goods to be returned should be insured by the customer to cover the possibility of any loss in transit. StarBuy does not accept any liability until they have safely physically received the goods.
- For orders where a shipping fee has been charged, in case of a change of mind return, the refund will be for the item only. The shipping fee will not be refunded.
