STEAM Rockids is a Queensland family-owned toy shop, with a focus on high-quality educational toys. We believe strongly in the benefits of learning through play and have a particular interest in toys aligned with the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) strands. We want to be a rocket that drives all the kids to the imagination planet. Our range is carefully curated to align with our interests and values that aims to boost kids' development in various aspects. The feature brands we carry include Hape, Tiger Tribe, Miniland and more.


Change of Mind Returns
Steam Rockids accepts change of mind return and will offer you an exchange or store credit, provided the item is in ‘AS NEW’ condition.

The item is in re-saleable condition including that:
- It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
- It is unopened, unused and in its original condition

The following change of mind timeframes apply:
- Online: 14 days from date of delivery

Return postage costs
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind returns and exchanges.


Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
Steam Rockids accepts returns of faulty items for an exchange, store credit or a refund.

Depending on the product, if you are bringing back an item deemed faulty, we may need to send this item back for testing with our supplier to determine the nature of the problem and confirm its condition.

Steam Rockids reserves the right to decline an exchange or refund where a fault is a result of misuse or neglect. Proof of purchase is required. Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Steam Rockids is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy.

Returning your purchase
Please ensure products are packaged in their original packaging and the original invoice is included.

Return postage costs
When returning a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, we will arrange return postage on your behalf.
