What to expect from us (delivery times):

We typically dispatch our goods within 48 hours. From there, you can expect 2 - 8 business days Australia wide. Most capital cities can expect 1-2 day delivery times.

Any RTS (Return to Sender) orders due to missing or incorrect address information entered by the buyer may incur an additional charge for redelivery.


We understand that you might need to return something to us for several reasons. Before any returns will be accepted or processed, you must contact us via Catch messaging system, within 7 days of receiving the product before sending anything back. This is necessary to ensure the correct procedure is followed so the process is as quick and easy as possible

A staff member will then assist you with any enquiry. This may include inspecting the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent back, or providing you with a replacement.

Incorrectly Ordered/Change Of Mind:

Refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind or found the goods cheaper elsewhere.

Damaged Items

We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from our store to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods. If any goods arrive damaged or expired please contact us as soon as possible.

We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund for the damaged units. Replacements and refunds of products that are damaged on delivery requires a proof of purchase of the product and be returned with all original contents.

Minimum Shelf Life:

We guarantee that all of products have a minimum shelf life of three months, from time to time we may have an item slip through. In the case this does happen to you, we encourage you to contact us via the Catch messaging system to speak with one of our friendly staff members.

Refunds will be made via the method of payment you used to make your purchase. If we consider the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to us will be at our cost and compensated.
