Damaged / Dead on Arrival / Incorrect Items
Within 30 days, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We would fully cover return postage on this case.


Change of Mind Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For change of mind returns, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We wont cover any postage on this situation.


Warranty
All of our goods have at least 60 days of warranty that you could request refund or exchange. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We are unable to accept Perfumes, cosmetics CDs, DVDs, games or software as returns, unless the goods are faulty or factory sealed and unopened.
