Welcome to My Superior Homeware. We are an Australian owned and operated company. We stock all kinds of bathroom products due to having quite a large warehouse. We're the place to go for good prices on almost any bathroom product! Above our warehouse is a show room allowing you to see the items you would like to buy in person. All our tapware has a 5 year warranty and comes with a 5 star service.
If your order is payment done, we will aim to have it processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, You will receive an email confirmation once it ships. Please then allow for standard Australia Post delivery times. Delays may occur around Christmas, Easter and public holidays.
All deliveries are insured, which ensures if the item is damaged or lost in transit, we will either send the same product again or you will receive your money back. This stress-free service is free and we will not hide any fees from you, unlike some of our other competitors. All packages are track-able and will require a signature on delivery, which means if the product is reported missing, we will check and most importantly, rectify the problem.
Returns & Refund Policy
1. All customers must contact us via email within 10 days after receipt in regards any return. We are not accept for any return if customers simply only change mind or order by mistake.
If the item is approved for returned and not found to be defective a refund will be processed less a restocking fee of 15% of the product price.
2. We are not responsible for any return postage cost for any warranty claim under our company’s policy. Should you have any issue you might want to raise up with us, please feel free to contact us at any time. If we received an item without an email notification, a return will not be processed.
3.Our warranty does not apply to products that have been the issue, modified, repaired or abused by anyone. My Superior homeware products reserve the right as the final authority and whether the products should be replaced or refunded.
4. My Superior Homeware will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or damages of any nature and from the sale of the products.
