Delivery Options:
-Orders dispatched within 1-3 working days from Sydney warehouse
-Standard Australia Post delivery times apply
-Delays may occur during holiday seasons

Regarding your order:
-We will email you if any items are out of stock and either ship the available products or cancel the entire order with a full refund.
-If your order is returned to us due to delivery issues(UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPT,INACCURATE ADDRESS,REJECTED BY RECEIVER), a re-delivery fee may apply and you may be responsible for the cost of return. These terms apply to free shipping orders and cancellations after dispatch.

Pick up
-We'll email your Booking number when your order is ready for pickup at our warehouse.

Returns & Refund Policy:
-We require an email notification for all returns. Contact us within 10 days for faulty items
-Returns not accepted for change of mind (after 14 days)
-Please contact us first before attempting to return the product.
-To submit a faulty item claim, follow the procedure below: 1. Contact us on Catch with photos or videos of the fault and detailed description. 2. If the problem is minor, we may offer repair instructions.
-Item must be in 100% sellable condition for return
-15% restocking fee will be deducted if the Packaging found to be defective.(You must not stick or write anything on the Product or its packaging.)

Warranty Policy:
-Warranty varies by product type and commences from date of delivery
-Measuring deviation of 1-5mm is not covered by warranty.
-Products must be installed by licensed professionals for warranty to apply
-Do not install the product if it is damaged or incomplete, or it will void the warranty.
-Please note that warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, abuse, misuse, abnormal stress or strain, or neglect.
-Our warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts with spare parts. It doesn't include any costs associated with the removal or installation of replacement parts or products. Please note that Superior Homeware is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
-We require all customers to inspect their received goods within 48 hours and report any shortages or breakages in writing within that time.
-To initiate a replacement or refund under the product warranty for a defective item, you should inform us in writing with photographic or video evidence within two days of receiving it. This is particularly important for fragile goods such as granite sinks, basins, mirrors, cabinets, and ceramic products. Without evidence, your claim will be invalid.

Residential home used Warranty Policy:
-5 year guarantee on cartridges
-6 month replacement on fittings (Such as cartridges,screws nuts, etc))
-6 month guarantee on finish for all sanitary ware and accessories
-1 year replacement parts on accessories
-1 year replacement on toilet parts and 5 year guarantee on general use
-5 year guarantee on kitchen sink strainer parts
-1 year warranty for residential electric home appliances

Commercial warranty periods:
-1 year free replacement parts and 6 month guarantee on finish for all products, such as hotels, aged care facilities, hospitals, schools, factories, motels, etc.

-All purchased spare parts have a 3-month warranty.
