Welcome to My Superior Homeware. We are an Australian owned and operated company. We stock all kinds of bathroom products due to having quite a large warehouse. We're the place to go for good prices on almost any bathroom product! Above our warehouse is a show room allowing you to see the items you would like to buy in person. All our tapware has a 5 year warranty and comes with a 5 star service.


Delivery Options
If your order is payment done, we will aim to have it processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, You will receive an email confirmation once it ships. Please then allow for standard Australia Post delivery times. Delays may occur around Christmas, Easter and public holidays.

All deliveries are insured, which ensures if the item is damaged or lost in transit, we will either send the same product again or you will receive your money back. This stress-free service is free and we will not hide any fees from you, unlike some of our other competitors. All packages are track-able and will require a signature on delivery, which means if the product is reported missing, we will check and most importantly, rectify the problem.

Returns & Refund Policy
1. All customers must contact us via email within 10 days after receipt in regards any return or damaged or missed some parts. We are not accept for any return if customers simply only change mind or order by mistake.

If there is problem with the Fragile item, like Stone Sink/Basin/Mirror/Cabinet is Damaged or Cracked, please must contact us once you receive the original package within 48 hours.

If the item is approved for returned and not found to be defective a refund will be processed less a restocking fee of 15% of the product price.

2. We are not responsible for any return postage cost for any warranty claim under our company's policy. Should you have any issue you might want to raise up with us, please feel free to contact us at any time. If we received an item without an email notification, a return will not be processed.

3. To submit a faulty item claimplease follow the steps below:
(1). Contact Us by Catch messaging with your Order number photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.

(2). If the problem with a product is minor, you must accept a repair if the business offers you one. Our team may provide simple repair instructions to complete in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns can be approved.

4.Our warranty does not apply to products that have been the issue, modified, repaired or abused by anyone. My Superior homeware products reserve the right as the final authority and whether the products should be replaced or refunded.

5. My Superior Homeware will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or damages of any nature and from the sale of the products.

Warranty Policy
The warranty period commences from the date of purchased. A free 6 months warranty for fittings (replacement warranty on the installation parts. such as cartridges screws nuts etc); 5 years replacement warranty for cartridge (postage is not included). 6 months guarantee on finish (Includes mixers, tap ware and showers. Accessories are subject to 1 year replacement parts only.)

Please noted Items that are not installed by a licensed plumber(or licensed electricia) will not be warranted. We will not be liable for the cost of installation or removal of any item and the warranty will be voided if damage occurred during or after installation or a damaged or incorrect unit has been installed.

If product has marks, chips or imperfections, missing components or is not what was purchased, and is deemed unacceptable and/or has been damaged in transit, the product should not be installed. Cracked or chipped ceramic basins are not covered under warranty once installed.
