14 DAYS EASY RETURN POLICY

  • All items to be returned must adhere to the following conditions in order for a refund/ exchange of the returned goods to be processed:
  • Items to be returned must include all relevant documents (eg.warranty certificates, instruction manuals) tags, product accessories and must be returned along with the original packaging and the customer copy/receipt denoting proof of payment within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • All merchandise to be returned must be unused. Any products returned with a sign of damage - original factory seal tampered or original retail packaging damaged due to mis-handling/mis-use while in the customer’s possession will prohibit refund/exchange of the relevant items.
  • You need to send us photos of if we request to email us.
  • Please do not send any goods back until you receive a Returns Number and relevant instructions from us denoting our Returns Procedures.
  • All refund request for mistaken order or change of mind will attract $10.00 Shipping cost (This is the cost of shipping we (seller) incurred to ship the goods to you when you made the purchase). We do not charge shipping fees for the exchange request.
  • We recommend that you purchase the registered post option so that if your package goes missing you can track it down. (As you are the sender, in this case, we do not have the authority to track down the parcel). We are not Liable for any missing parcel. You need to notify the Tracking ID once you posted the goods.
  • Customer Pays for Postage Cost for return request
  • WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN IF THE PRODUCT IS USED/ ANY DAMAGES TO RETAIL PACKAGING/ FACTORY SEAL TAMPERED AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
  • What if my order arrives damaged?
  • In the unlikely event that your item/s arrives in damaged condition, contact us through Catch Messages, We will send out a replacement as soon as possible and we apologize in advance for your inconvenience.
