Refunds and Returns Terms and Conditions:

CHANGE OF MIND: 30 DAY REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Our customers are important to us, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie. you received an incorrect or defective item). Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

We may credit, replace or repair returned products under the manufacturer’s instructions and according to manufacturer’s terms and conditions .

  • We do not warrant or guarantee any product beyond that of the manufacturer.
  • All products returned must be complete, in original packaging and as new.
  • The customer is responsible for the freight of products for return in the case of change of mind.
  • The customer must retain proof of purchase and proof of delivery for returned products.
  • Incomplete or incorrect information may delay or cause your return to be rejected.
