Returns Policy
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Product warranties are for domestic use only and is not covered for damage caused due to incorrect usage, against manufacturer instructions or accidental breakage.


Faulty returns within 30-days:
For faulty returns within 30-days, please use the Reply Paid label postage, supplied and allow up to 15 business days from the date faulty product is received , for product replacement and delivery. Please note that we cannot issue replacement until we receive the faulty unit. We also recommend for product to be returned as registered mail (at the customer’s expense).

If the product returned is deemed to be not faulty, the product will be returned at the customer’s expense

Faulty returns more than 30-days and within manufacturers’ warranty:
For faulty products more than 30-days from date of purchase and still under the manufacturers’ warranty, the customer can return the faulty product or arrange for the faulty product to go to a local authorised service centre for assessment and repair or replacement (at the customer’s expense).



Change of Mind Policy:

This does not apply to the following category of product, due to health and safety reasons
Headsets/Headphones
TWS Earphones

If for any reasons you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase (note, exception to the above), you can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery. You will receive a refund for the purchase of the product excluding any delivery charges incurred as stated in your confirmation email.

Please note that:
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all related accessories and must be in a new condition suitable for resale. Please note that the product must not have been damaged whilst in your possession, including up to the time we receive the product. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage whilst in transit.
The product must be returned at your own cost and in compliance with the directions for returning the product as outlined by us.
The product must be returned to us within 10 business days of your request to return your product.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a refund and you will receive acknowledgement via Catch Messaging Portal.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Change of Mind Policy without notice.
