Delivery & Shipping
- Couriers- Each package will be shipped by AU Post (Please note that signature is not guaranteed.)
- Delivery estimated time- Shipment normally takes 3 -10business days. (excluding holidays and weekends)
PLEASE NOTE THAT during peak season, public holidays and an increased volume of parcel, please expect your full order to take 1-2 business days longer than the delivery time advertised.
- Compensation- If your parcel does not arrive more than 7 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us to start investigating with the logistics company for a possible future claim. These claims for missing parcels usually take about one month.
- Post-office box - We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses OR Parcel Lockers. In the event a PO Box/Parcel Locker address is provided, our Customer Service team will contact you and request an alternative address which may result in delays with shipping your order.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT every stock arrives our warehouse, we have to open and check to make sure the product and the accessories are inside. So it's not unopened but we seal it in the original box.
We only provide a 1-year international seller warranty for the product. ( Speakers, Headsets, Earphones, and Earbuds for 3 months)
We keep the records in our system, so please just send us the basic information (item name, order ID, Buyer ID) and the problem of the product, we will take care the repair for you.
We want you to feel confident that you made the right choice in your purchase. That’s why TechInSEA offers a 14-days returns or exchange period from when you receive your parcel. We will accept any item for a full refund provided that –
1. Your order is complete and in an '100%' Brand new condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaged or marked the product or packaging)
2. Any usage of the product to examining it, and ensuring it suits your needs. We can’t accept items that show signs of use, such as scuffs, marks, scratches or a shutter count.
3. It is returned with the hard copy of the receipt or Invoice, the original box, packing and any accessories you received with it. This is including any plastic bag storing the accessories that comes with it
4. You also return any free gifts which came with the product, which also must be in their original packaging and in a brand new condition
We love to provide excellent customer services pre-sale and after-sales, so in the event that you have returned us a product that does not meet the above requirement fully, we can still accept it but we reserve the right to deduct the refund-able amount where the product(s) show unreasonable sign usage.
Cost and Risk:
- Any shipping fees will not be refunded under return policy
- You will be responsible for returning the goods to TechInSEA your own risk and cost.
- Software, memory cards and DVD/Blu-Ray can only be accepted if still sealed. This policy is to avoid any potential breach of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act (CDPA) 1988. All opened software is exempt from return under the terms of the distance Selling Regulations (SI2334/2000). Software that arrives damaged or is physically faulty may be returned under our normal returns policy
- HDD, Memory cards and other once opened cannot reseal back items will not be allow for return unless it is faulty
