Change of mind:


Tempting Décor & Design will provide a 14-day money back guarantee*. If you are not satisfied, or changed your mind about your purchase, you may request to return the item(s) within 14 days from the invoice date at your expense. The item MUST be returned at YOUR EXPENSE with all the original accessories and packaging. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken
Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.



Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Faulty Item Cases


Tempting Décor & Design will provide a 14-day return policy from day of invoice on all items; if the user finds that the item is not as described or damaged due to insufficient packaging/dead on arrival (no fees will be administered). Should a product arrive damaged please forward photos of damages and packaging for a replacement to be organised.



Warranty Claim and Returns Procedure


In the event of returns due to warranty claims, DOA or money back cases, the customer will be required to contact Tempting Décor & Design via Catch messages to obtain an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) case number. Afterwards, you will be given instructions on how to send the item back in its original packaging with all contents. For warranty cases only, the return postage fee will be shouldered by the customer. Once item has been received and inspected, a refund of payment or replacement (if applicable) will be processed back to the customer.


Redelivery / Wrong address given:


Residential delivery address – are required to state whether it is safe to give Authority to Leave (ATL) the order in a safe area (front door / porch etc..). Failure to comply with the above delivery instructions may incur a RE-DELIVERY FEE of up to $50 depending on location and distance from depot. p>
p> If wrong / incomplete delivery address results in failure to deliver, the customer is liable for the cost of re-delivering the parcel. Please note, this may incur a RE-DELIVERY FEE of up to $50 depending on location and distance from depot.
