Change of mind

If you change your mind about a product purchased on our website, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.

To return an item for refund or exchange:

The item must be NOT used or damaged and is in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive them.
The item must be in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, swing tags, labels, manuals, documentation, and registration that was delivered with the product.
Please contact us via Catch message for any returns.
Any refund for change of mind will exclude delivery charges. If you received free delivery then we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery from your refund amount.

Faulty:

Where you find the item purchased on our website is faulty, within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, you may contact us via Catch message. If there is a major failure with the item, we will offer a return for a refund or exchange.
When an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
If after checking, the returned item is not faulty, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
Refunds for all purchases on our website will be facilitated through your original payment method.
Big & Bulky products cannot be returned or exchanged once the item has been delivered. Please contact us via Catch message if the product is faulty.
