Returns must be done within 48hrs of receiving your purchase by contacting us via your Catch account and only after you receive a unique return code.
It will be up to you to send the product back to us, with a proof of purchase & return code. This will need to be done within 14days after receiving your return code. Think Beauty will not take responsibility for lost items when returning product(s), we recommend sending via registered post to track your item. Returned products need to be sent back with all seals intact. Any Product that arrives back damaged, is leaking, product has been opened or used, will not be accepted and simply disposed of (due to health and safety or returned back to you at your cost.
If you have received a product that is broken, we will happily exchange where goods are faulty and cannot be repaired.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. It is recommended you carefully preview orders in your shopping cart before proceeding to finalise orders. A restocking fee may be applied
