1. The return process for change of mind must commence within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
2. Items being returned must have all original packaging, including swing tags in place as they were when shipped.
3. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling to return the item(s).
4. All items must be in brand new condition without damage or marks.
All other returns for reasons under Australian Consumer Law are valid within the time frame of the warranty period for any particular product.
All costs associated with returning a product for warranty assessment or under warranty are the responsibility of the customer.
Where a product is exchanged, replaced or repaired under warranty, the cost of return shipping to the customer is the responsibility of MW Direct.
