Toucan was established in 2013 and quickly grew to become a beloved inspirational store for Mums and Dads all over Australia. We are a family business, passionate about encouraging and nurturing little mind’s through their environment. We design, create and source everything from prints, to felt ball rugs and garlands, to beautiful furniture and homewares especially for children - anything you need to create a bright and beautiful environment for a special little one! Our products represent modern trends in children’s décor and appeal highly to customers in the current market.


Toucan also creates adult friendly prints and home décor. Our range includes products that will appeal to adults for their own home, or as gifts for someone special. We are also extending into creating beautiful prints for fur-babies as animals are part of so many families all over the world now.


RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS 

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Products are made to order and a lot of time and care goes into creating each order. Because of the fact that we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, we encourage to consider your order carefully before confirming.

We take a lot of care when packaging orders for shipment and each item is inspected thoroughly for defects before it is sent to its new home. 

All A4 prints are packed in plastic protective pockets with boxboard and are sent in a rigid envelope for extra protection. 

A3- A1 prints or posters are rolled up carefully and placed in appropriate mailing tubes.

Garlands and pillowslips are sent in plastic tuff bags. 

If your item arrives damaged please contact us via your Catch account within 48 hours with your order number and photographs/descriptions of the damage alleged. We will assess the damage on a case-by-case basis and it is at our discretion to determine whether an item can be returned or refunded on the basis of damage.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of any product if we do not deem it to have been damaged during postage and handling. Furthermore, we will refuse a damaged return if you have not provided us with an e-mail notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order. 

If your order is deemed as having been damaged in transit, we will provide you with a replacement as soon as practicable. Your initial item must be returned to us in an unused condition, including all original tags and packaging.
