ToyRoo's return policy lasts 14 days of receiving the item. Once the duration of 14 days have been completed, we won't be able to offer you a refund or an exchange on your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, along with it being preserved in its original packaging. It must be left unused.

ToyRoo further enforces a policy on goods that are exempted from being returned such as used/opened products. Please note that any item which is returned after 14 days of purchase will not be returned or refunded. Also, any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will further not be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected and we will then send you an email to notify you regarding the receiving of your returned item, along with the approval or rejection of your refund. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once your returned item has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This will take a few days to complete.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again. If there are no signs or refunded payment, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially released. Thereafter, contact your bank, as there will be a possibility of processing time before the refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Only defective or damaged products will be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via Catch messaging.
