We want our customers to be happy to use our products but if a customer finds any faults in our Laptops, tablets, or any other item sold by us they can return the item back for full refund or replacement. In order for us to process the return, the item must be returned back in resellable condition.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and after that, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved our team will immediately process your refund and will be credited automatically to the method of payment used by the customer. Please allow 2-5 Business days for your refunds to be processed.
The shipping cost involved in returning the item will be paid by the buyer and it's non-refundable. You have to pay the shipping charges if you decide to return the item. If there is any defect or fault in the item, we will provide a return shipping label so that you can return the item back to us for no extra cost.
If a customer wants to return the item as a result of Change of Mind, they can still return the item back to us as per 14 days change of mind policy.
