Refunds are not accepted based on a change of mind. However, we do offer 14 day exchange period where you can switch to another Vorsen product of equal or greater value (any outstanding balance will be due prior to dispatch). This is subject to the following:
• Returned goods must be unassembled, in their original packaging with all parts, accessories and manuals, and be in original condition. Goods returned to Vorsen incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than original, will be returned to you at your cost.
• You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Vorsen, you will not be eligible for an exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for a change of mind.
• Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of exchange.
If a manufacturing defect is present, Vorsen will gladly replace or fix the item(s). Please note that if goods are damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect - Vorsen must be notified via the Catch portal within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
Please contact us via Catch messaging portal and attach clear photos of the product(s) with defects and provide us with as much information as possible. Our team will review your issue and contact you via Catch within 1-2 business days with the next steps.
