White Alpaca was established in 2018. Our beloved 9 year old son Jake, at the time had become unwell and diagnosed with an auto-immune condition. He was unable to attend school due to the stigma, of how his condition limited his mobility and caused too much pain to focus in class all day. Home-school became our only option. To help Jake cope, we decided to make a life change and move to a farm. Our son loved animals, and we knew the fresh air and natural surroundings could only be a good thing for him. He made a long list of animals he wanted to have…ponies, sheep, goats and alpacas. Of all the animals his favourite become his beloved alpaca. He would feed him every day, and brush his coat.
At White Alpaca we sell products which engage kids in a challenging manner without the use of technology. Our products range from Robik’s cubes, Board Games for all ages, different types of Beads, building blocks in style through to party masks and animal masks.
Return Policy
(a) we receive the returned product within 14 days after receiving the order; the buyer is responsible for return postage cost;
(b) the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
(c) Refunds by Law: in Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match the seller’s description.
(d) Products will be accepted to return if you change your mind as long as the above conditions are met.
