If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us via your Catch Account so that we can resolve any
problems.
Damaged/Incorrect Goods:
Should the item reach you damaged, or you receive the incorrect item to what you ordered, please contact us immediately via your Catch account. We will arrange for return and a replacement of your ordered item.
Warranty & Defective Goods Claims:
If an item is faulty we will either repair it where possible or simply replace it with a brand new item at no additional cost to you. All items sold also come with a full warranty so you are fully covered.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us via your Catch Account to arrange for a return. Upon return and inspection, if the product is found to be faulty we will arrange your resolution.
Please note that if no fault is found with the product, you may incur shipping and handling expenses.
Change of Mind Returns:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return the item in brand new condition for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days.
