Please choose your items carefully as our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be the same condition that you received it, i.e.. it must also be in the original packaging, unopened, unused or unworn with all original tags, labels and stickers. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund. If you are approved and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

All items purchased come with a 12 month warranty covered by us, the seller, xTrend. The warranty is not a manufacturer's warranty. If you feel your item requires servicing under our warranty, please contact us prior to arranging the item's return.

Any items returned to us for warranty claims are subject to our professional assessment. If, in our sole opinion we deem the item requires repair as a result of incorrect use or normal wear and tear, a quote will be provided for the repair and return of the item and the item and will be returned once this amount has been paid.
