Change of mind

If your item doesn't fit your space, or wasn't quite right, that's okay too. We accept Change Of Mind returns if:

• The item is in its original packaging and unused


• You have proof of purchase


• The item is returned within 30 days of purchase

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for Change Of Mind returns and exchanges. If you choose to return your item online, Zoobibi reserves the right to charge for exchange postage.

Faulty or damaged items

We accept faulty or damaged items within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. 
Your item is considered faulty or damaged if:

• It does not do what we said it does


• The product has a significant defect


• It is significantly different to the description given.

To return your item:

• Your item must be in its original packaging, unused, with proof of purchase.


• Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days


• Please contact us to obtain the Return address using Catch messaging system. Please include your proof of purchase, contact number, name, address and any comments that are relevant to the refund or exchange.
