We offer 24-48 business hour* dispatch (excl. public holidays in Victoria) and ship Australia-wide (excl. PO Boxes, NT and WA Remote areas) via Toll, TNT, Australia Post or Couriers Please. Tracking information is provided where relevant. Most items are free shipping which comes with a standard Authority to Leave (ATL) service in order to maintain efficiency on delivery time. Signature upon delivery can be arranged at an additional fee. If you wish to use a signature service, please send us your request by adding a note under your order. We may not be able to add this service if you send us a separate message after checkout. If your purchase has not arrived within the ‘Estimated Delivery Time Frame’, please message us and we will endeavour to track and find out what has happened.

At Catch, we offer a 14-day return policy - We will replace or refund all faulty goods, even though they are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. We offer returns for most Brand New items within 14 days for a refund excluding any shipping costs. If you’d like to return an item, you must send us a request within 14 days of purchase and obtain an approval from us prior to sending the item back. Exclusions apply on items such as consumables, health products, personal care items and etc. Returns will be handled according to 'Customer Service and Care Policy' outlined on Catch.

You must return items in brand new condition with all original tags attached and all original materials included with the shipment together with the official tax invoice issued by Berwick Mazda. You must ship your items within 14 days after your return request is approved. You may be requested to supply information such as photos of the item before sending it back. We inspect all returns. Please try your best to maintain items in pristine condition, all items returned must be in the same condition as they were delivered. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost. Please use a tracking service for your return. The buyer is also responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit.
