Return and Refund Policy
Rolling Fun offers a 30-day return-refund policy after you receive your purchased product.
- If the product is damaged due to transportation, Rolling Fun will re-send you the new product. Please report the damage with a clear photo(s) in your feedback. After Rolling Fun double-checks the report, Rolling Fun will send the new item as soon as possible (standard shipment) to replace the damaged item for you.
Change of Mind- Replacement
The product is listed with all information in detail, but sometimes an incorrect choice still happens.
For change-of-mind or incorrect choice: Rolling Fun offers replacement or exchange or refund with the following conditions and steps:
- Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- The returned package must be in the good condition (original conditions).
- The buyer will pay for return postage. Until Rolling Fun has received the returned package in the good condition, Rolling Fun will process the replacement/exchange/ refund as soon as possible, normally within 1-2 working days.
- The buyer also pays the shipping cost for the exchanged product. This new shipping cost is based on the Australian Post price for the sending item. Until Rolling Fun has received the payment for the new shipping cost, the new parcel will be sent out as soon as possible. Normally, it takes 1-2 days to process.
