When you buy an item make sure that your catch account has the correct delivery address (PO box/ Parcel locker/Parcel collect are not valid), mobile/daytime number, and email address.

Free shipping to:
- Sydney Metro
- Melbourne Metro
- Brisbane Metro

For all other areas, a shipping fee applies based on the postcode and weight of the order.


Returns Policy

We uphold a commitment to excellence and strive to ensure that the product you receive aligns with the details provided on our product page. We aim to ensure your satisfaction, and we want you to cherish your purchase.

However, we understand that circumstances may lead to a change of heart or an acknowledgment that the product is not a perfect fit. In such instances, we are here to assist you. If you decide to return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding applied shipping costs).

Your responsibilities in this process include:

Covering the return shipping cost of $19.99 to our warehouse.

Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:
• Remain unused.
• Be unassembled.
• Be devoid of any damage.
• Include all original packaging.
• Have undamaged packaging.
• Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
• Include assembly instructions.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:
• Log in to your Catch Account
• Click on "My Orders"
• Click on show order details
• Click on "Contact Seller", then select either General Enquiry or Request Return
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.

If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.

If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
