Should your purchase be defined as one of the below, you are entitled to a replacement or refund:
Manufacturing faults
- Goods that have been wrongly described
- Goods that are different to the goods that you ordered
- Goods that have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention
- Please contact customer service through your catch account, we will provide you a return instructions. Returns for refund or exchange are subject to approval. Product Return cost will be paid by us.
Change of Mind returns?
We accept change of mind returns, but your purchase must meet the below criteria:
It is within 14 days of receiving your order
Product is unused and/or expired, is in its original and saleable condition, with all tags and packaging in tact and unopened
For hygiene reasons; we cannot accept underwear or swimwear for a return or exchange
If your change of mind return meets the above criteria. Once goods are returned to us, a refund will be given minus a 10% restocking fee + postage and handling fee. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Return or exchange is subject to approval upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
