By applying this motto diligently, Alice’s Garden grew quickly to become one of the main players on its market. It operates in France, UK, Spain and Belgium and is now entering the Australian market.

You do not need to be present for delivery and you authorise the delivery of your item(s) at your entrance door. You acknowledge that Alice’s Garden can’t be held responsible for your item(s) once delivered.
If you would like a signature on delivery, please contact us immediately prior to dispatch. Customers will be invoiced for any re-delivery charges should they miss the delivery requiring signature. Alice’s Garden adopts the Changed Your Mind policy enabling you to return your products within 7 days of delivery as long as the product has been unused and still in its original packaging. You just have to complete this form and contact our Customer Service Team for us to arrange a return delivery to our warehouse. Return cost is 30% of purchase price of product with a minimum of $60.
Once Alice's Garden receives the item(s), we will refund you the amount paid for the product(s) less the return shipping costs within 7 business days. Alice’s Garden offers delivery across Australia, however, we regret that the following post codes are excluded from our delivery area due to logistics reasons: 800 to 886, 2880 – 2899, 4025, 4183 – 4184, 4216, 4385 – 4498, 4507, 4581, 4680, 4700 – 4746, 4801 – 4807, 4816 – 4830, 4871 – 4876, 4880 – 4895, 5220 – 5223, 5641 – 5734, 6035- 6044, 6083 – 6084, 6112 – 6997, 7000 – 7923.
