Aussie Pets & Stock Feed Solutions Pty Ltd is proudly a South Australian women owned and operated manufacturing company. We believe in a holistic approach to animal wellbeing and this is why we created our multifunctional animal supplement brand ‘ANUERA Animal Nutrition’.


Our natural multifunctional supplements are created specifically for animals using the purest bioavailable ingredients that benefits every function of the animal’s internal body systems, not just one.


Using this principal, we have created world leading natural multifunctional prebiotic feed supplements for Livestock, natural multifunctional probiotic supplements for Pets, and pure Tasmanian Salmon fish oil supplements.



Tassie Salmon Fish Oil

With South Australia’s rich maritime history and unique marine landscape we wanted to create the best Tasmanian Salmon Oil products for our fishing, camping, boating and 4wd community.


Our goal with these products was to bring sustainable health and wellbeing to our marine and land environment, through the products we delivered. We succeeded with the creation of our Tassie Salmon Fish Oil range of products that include a Fishing attractant, Crabbing attractant and our Marine Grade Rust inhibitor Machinery Protectant.


Knowing what you put into the environment has never been more critical, and for that reason all of our products are PVA Friendly and carry the mark of quality and authenticity through the Australian Made and Owned accreditation.


RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY


CHANGE OF MIND
As part of Catch policy Sellers allow buyers a return for store credit or exchange product where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:


1. returned within 14 days of receiving order;as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
in a resalable condition; and not damaged in any way.


2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.


3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by us or the seller, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange.


4. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.


5. You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or store credit (at our discretion or at the discretion of the Seller) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements of Catch COM policy clause 17.1.


6. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address


MISSING, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the event that your delivered items are incorrect, missing or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. If item(s) received are not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent or tamper with the container seals in any way. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.


Our policy lasts 14 days from the date that your order was delivered. If 14 days have gone by since the date your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


There are several types of products which are exempt from being returned:


• Gift Cards
• Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded
• Opened Containers


We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. All international sales are considered as final and are considered not eligible for return or exchange. For any questions or concerns please contact us.


RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, firstly please read our Return Policy to make sure that your item/s qualify for return. Once you receive this return authorisation code you must ensure that this is put onto the Returns Form and sent back with your item/s to the return address on the form.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Returns must be carefully packed, freight paid and insured, as we cannot receive freight collect shipments (unless by arrangement) nor can we be responsible for loss or damage to returned parcels. We cannot accept any item that has been used, tampered with or damaged.


Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If a refund is required or applicable, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
