AHB was founded in 1968 as the worlds first dedicated home brewing company. We have a heritage of 50 years in brewing . 10 years ago we were one of the early adopters of a new product known as Chai latte. We now distribute Arkadia chai, frappes and syrups Australia wide from our premises in Oakleigh South VIC.

We understand that you might need to return something to us for a number of reasons. Please contact us via your Catch account prior to sending anything back. Returned items must be packed carefully and sent via tracked postage or courier to ensure the goods are received and qualify for replacement or refund. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept the full risk of the item not reaching us.

You changed your mind
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after you have purchased goods from us and so we are happy to offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to us up to 7 days after you received it for your choice of exchange or refund, excluding original delivery costs.

All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories to qualify for exchange or refund. Where returned items are not received by us in brand new condition, we may return them to you and charge the cost of redelivery

If you have changed your mind and there is nothing wrong with the product, return shipping costs are nonā€refundable. For exchanges, we will do our very best to send the replacement product back at minimal cost to you.

The item arrived damaged or missing parts
All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace it or fix it for you and compensate you for any return shipping costs you incur if you need to return the item to us. Please send us a copy of the receipt for any shipping costs you incur.

All claims for damaged items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. To help you as quickly as possible, it is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage.

Please take photographs of any damage and send them to us before sending the item back. We need to report the damage to our, delivery courier prior to arranging a return.

The item is faulty
We proudly supply high-quality products and your purchase automatically comes with the protection you would expect, backed up by Australian Consumer Law. Also, all of our products are fully backed by a manufacturer warranty.

Should your product be faulty, please contact us so we can ensure the correct process for having the fault rectified under the manufacturer warranty is followed through. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and requirements, we will either repair or replace it for you.

In short, we will work with you to come up with the best possible solution.
