All of our items come with full return to base Australian warranties.
Items that have been opened, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Warranty returns. Where a product maybe faulty, the customer must contact us first to troubleshoot and if can not be remedied an RMA number will be issued for the return of the item, Where an item is found not faulty or fault caused by customer, customer will bear costs of repair and all postage costs. Faulty goods will be subject to the normal return procedures for the specific brand being returned. This all in addition to Australian Consumer Law.
