All of our toys encourage unstructured play, creative development, and enhanced imagination through exploration and adventure!
Defective and damaged products may eligible for a full refund or replacement. In order to improve our service or make claims agains couriers we may ask you to send a photo of how your product arrived. Once images of the damaged items are received your refund or return will be processed.
Items may be replaces or refunded within 30 days of purchase.
Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Change of mind returns incur a $10 per item restocking fee. Returns must be returned in new condition with packaging intact. In the case of returns due to change of mind you as the buyer will bare the cost of the return to us.
