Please choose carefully as B.W. Machinery does not offer refunds where you have simply changed your mind, or made a wrong selection.
Faulty Item Cases
B.W. Machinery provides a 14 day return policy from the day of invoice on all items. If the item is damaged in transit, we will either arrange a replacement to you or issue a refund. The returned goods must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.
Warranty Claims
In the event of returns due to warranty claims, the customer will be required to contact B.W. Machinery via Catch Account messages to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) case number.
