We stock a range of natural skincare, makeup and body products from Australian and International beauty brands. All of our products are cruelty-free and we have an extensive range of vegan options.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can return an item for the following reasons:
you received the wrong product; or
the product is damaged

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not cover shipping costs for return item.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items:
We will not accept or process returns for following products.
beauty tools and applicators;
used cosmetics;
candles that have been used or burned;
gift cards; and
any product that is not able to be re-sold.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Beauty United will allow a return for store credit or exchange product where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
returned within 14 days of receiving the order;
as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags intact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
in a resalable condition; and not damaged in any way.
We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
