At Blue Seas Tackle Co, we aim to provide quality Australian designed fishing tackle products that encompass Quality and Capability, as well as quality performance products from select business partners that offer great value.
The designs of the lures and terminal tackle we offer have been thoroughly tested across as many fishing spots as we, and our friends, could get to before being brought to market (and quite a bit since then).
Weve been fishing everywhere; from Broome to Cairns, Sydney to Perth, in the fresh and the salt, ensuring our products do what they are supposed to do, and that is, CATCH FISH!
A bit of scientific research goes into developing our products as well.
Defective Items or don't match the description provided
Buyers may return their Goods if defective, or don't match the description provided, within 30 days of the items receipt.
Contact us via your Catch account and provide:
- a full description of the problem
- an image of the item clearly indicating the problem. It may be that we can resolve the problem without a return being required.
If the Goods are to be returned we will issue a Returns Advice.
- Goods must be returned unopened in the original packaging and without any damage not the result of manufacturing faults.
- Goods returned without the advice will not be accepted.
- Return postage and any associated costs are the Buyers responsibility.
- We will endeavour to process your return within 5 business days of receipt of the goods.
On receipt of a package from us you should inspect the package closely before opening it. If damage to the packaging is apparent you should refuse delivery and have the package returned to us by the responsible carrier.
On return from the carrier, we will reship the goods to you, at no cost to you. Packages that, in our exclusive opinion, appear to have been opened prior to return will be deemed to have been interfered with, any claim fraudulent, and no returns will be recognized.
Change of mind
We do not accept returns because a buyer has changed their mind or chosen the wrong item.
All orders received by 3pm Sydney time on Business Days will generally be dispatched same day.
In most cases goods will be sent by Australia Post Standard Domestic Letter service or Parcel Post. We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to these services.
Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery, where this is required by the shipping service used. Cost for re-delivery attempts may be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
Blue Seas Tackle Co. accepts no responsibility for orders shipped to incomplete, invalid or incorrect addresses. It is the Customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery information prior to shipping of all orders. In the event of a lost shipment, Blue Seas Tackle Co will communicate with the relevant shipping agent on behalf of the Customer, to attempt recovery of the order, but provides no guarantee of success. Orders returned to Blue Seas Tackle Co, by the relevant shipping agent, as non deliverable due to incomplete or incorrect addressing, will be subject to a $15 reshipping fee.
Please Note - Australia Post Parcel Lockers, and similar service providers, are not an acceptable address for items sent by Standard Domestic Mail services (refer Australia Post service parameters for more information.) If you provide a parcel locker address, we will ship to the address provided, but delivery is not guaranteed and you accept all risks.
