All orders will be shipped locally from the Sydney warehouse within 24 hours(business hours).
Faulty items
If you found that the item received is faulty, please return the item to us within 14 days of the purchase date.
If there is a fault or defect with the item, you may request one of the following:
A full refund
A replacement item
If the returned item is found not to have any problem, you may be required to pay the postage and handling fee(15% of the value of the item) for resending the item back.
Non-faulty items
For a change of mind or incorrect selection, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving the order, The item must be returned with all the original accessories and packaging.
We do not accept the return if:

The returned item is used or not in a re-saleable condition.
