The bobbleart story in brief; (so we don't bore you too much)

Bobble art was founded in 1999 by husband and wife team Jacqui and Bradley Marabel-Whitburn, originally supplying hair and jewellery accessories to the children’s market in Australia and New Zealand. We have gone on to develop an extensive range of bags, drink bottles, room décor, stationery items and an ever increasing range of children’s travel products.

All of our products are designed in Melbourne, Australia by the bobbleart team, affectionately known as the Bobbleonians, with the emphasis on producing uniquely designed products that are sensibly priced. Quality has always been one of the major factors in designing any new product, because as parents of 7 children, we are very aware of the need to design and manufacture items that are not only easily recognized as bobbleart but will withstand the rigors of children’s hectic and busy lifestyles.

From humble beginnings all those years ago in the lounge room of our house, we now sell our products around the world and each year new and innovating products are added to the collection. When we first started, our first two daughters, Elyse and Corinne were only eight and six years old, now apart from juggling study and busy social lives, they work side by side with us, not only designing our new collections but also making sure that every piece meets the exacting standards that have come to symbolise the Bobble Art name.

We hope that you love our products as much as we love designing them for you. We are currently locked away developing loads of new stuff for you which we will be releasing very shortly as soon as we emerge back into the light.

REFUNDS, EXHANGES, REPAIRS You are entitled to a refund or exchange where the product you have purchased has a major problem. A major problem may be where the item: - Has a problem that would stop a reasonable person from buying it had they known about the problem; - Is unsafe; - Is significantly different from the sample or description; or - Doesn’t do what it said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed. NO REFUNDS AND RETURNS You do not have a right to return or refund a product where you: - Have changed your mind and no longer want the product; - Bought the wrong product; - Found a cheaper product elsewhere; - Were aware of the relevant fault before buying a product – for example, if the fault is written on the product’s tag; - Damage a product by misusing it – for example, dropping a phone in water; or - Used the product for a long time and the problem is a result of usual wear and tear. EXCHANGES We are happy to exchange a product as long as; - It is in its original condition - It is in it's original packaging - You are willing to pay to ship the product back to us, and are wiling to pay for the exchanged product to be shipped back to you
