Boomerang Books is a 100% Australian family owned and run online retail store selling books. We have over 600,000 books in our warehouse. We offer all of our books at a discount, so you are sure to find a bargain.
Boomerang Books does not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you have received an item that is incorrect, damaged or faulty we require notification within 2 business days from the time the delivery was made.
Before returning anything you must contact Boomerang Books customer service as returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation. For items delivered to Australian addresses only, Once approved by Boomerang Books you will be provide with method to return the item with no charge.
Boomerang Books will not reimburse the cost of returns that are sent without a prearranged Return Authorisation or where the address is outside of Australia. Returns must be received within 30 days of the Return Authorisation being given. Returned items must be packed securely to ensure the safety of packaged items, and received at Boomerang Books in new and re-saleable condition (except where a damaged or faulty item has been accepted for return).
Where a Return Authorisation has been given, a refund via the same method used for payment of the order will be provided by Boomerang Books, the returned item must be in re-saleable condition (except damaged or faulty items). Boomerang Books is not obligated to offer a refund for parcels that do not arrive within the 30 day period or are otherwise not in re-saleable condition. We will contact you if any items are not eligible for a refund.
