Bubs Gallery was created with the intention of sourcing the highest quality baby furniture for Australian families without costing a fortune. As proud parents ourselves, we realised that finding high quality baby beds, bassinets and furniture for an affordable price was a difficult task. Therefore, we went to work sourcing and importing some of the safest, most comfortable and superior quality baby furniture online. At Bubs Gallery we offer you 1 Year structural warranty with all our wooden products and 3 months warranty for all other products. Warranty will only cover manufacturer’s defects. Any accident, faulty operation, wear and tear will not be treated under warranty. We will replace your item if it is found to be Faulty on Arrival within 7 days from the date of arrival. Please contact us first for assistance in regards to warranty and returns.
Should an item be required to be returned for warranty, please ensure that the product is returned in the original manufacturers packaging and original condition. All postage fees will be the buyer’s responsibility. Once we have received the item, we will diagnose and assess if the product is defective. If it is confirmed as defective, either an exact replacement product will be shipped to you or you will be granted a full refund. All refunds will be a refund of the sale price less shipping and handling expenses. If the product is proven to not be defective, at our sole discretion we may provide the buyer with a refund of the sales price less a 10% restocking fee.
