BuyMobile Returns Policy
BuyMobile accepts returns under the following two clauses:
(1) Defective and damaged products
If a customer’s complaint relates to a defective or damaged product, BuyMobile shall offer the following options:
(i) a refund in full for the product (including any amounts paid for shipping); or
(ii)a repair of the product if the product can be easily repaired and the problem is minor; or
(iii) a like-for-like replacement of the product if the product can be easily replaced, in accordance with the customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Terms and Conditions for defective and damaged products’ return requests:
(i) Final refund amount shall be subject to inspection upon the product’s return to the warehouse.
(ii) For items not found faulty upon inspection, the refund amount shall be subject to the product’s condition and shall be issued after deducting return postage charges.
(iii) For items not found faulty upon inspection, BuyMobile reserves the right not to accept the return request. If the return is accepted, the refund amount shall be subject to the product’s condition upon inspection.
(iv) If the product is not found faulty upon inspection, BuyMobile reserves the right to return the product to the customer at the customer’s cost.
(2) Change of mind returns
BuyMobile accepts change of mind returns when products to be returned are:
(i) returned within 14 days of the customer’s order being received;
(ii) as new and are not used, worn, or opened and have all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
(iii) in a resalable condition;
(iv) not damaged in any way.
Terms and Conditions for change of mind return requests are:
(i) The customer bears the risk of return and is responsible for the costs of return postage.
(ii) The goods will only be refunded once the goods are confirmed as received, and you must notify us of this once they are received and verified to meet the return requirements above. The initial shipping fee charged to the customer to send the goods will not be refunded or credited.
(iii) Where a customer returns goods as a change of mind return, and the goods do not meet the criteria set out in this clause, the goods must be sent back to the customer at the customer’s cost.
