If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with products that have been supplied to you, you may return the goods to us within 7 days of you receiving the order for a full refund EXCLUDING the freight.
For goods delivered with free shipping, the cost of freight will be deducted from the refund.
All goods must be returned in original packaging, unused and include the following details:
- Invoice number
- Invoice date
- Reason for return
- Your contact information
We reserve the right to refuse a credit on goods if we believe the goods have been damaged or used, therefore a credit will only be issued to you once goods have passed our inspection.
Return freight costs will be covered by customer.
