Customers may return their items within 30 days after delivery.
We try to include a prepaid return label in every order so that you can return the product to us in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
All returned items must be in their complete, unused and original condition, including in their original packaging, and accompanied by the warranty certification and proof of purchase. Returned items must show no signs of use, wear, or abuse.
If the returned product does not meet the above requirements, we may not be able to process your return or exchange, and we will not send the non-returnable/non-refundable product back to you.
Once we have received your return, we will process your refund as quickly as we can. This generally takes 2 business days.
