Due to the high volume of orders and more new products will be launched in 2021, Car Dealz has decided to do a stocktake and move to a bigger warehouse. Therefore, our warehouse will be closed from 20/01/2021 to 18/02/2021

Our freight partners including Fedex, DHL, Australia Post are still delivering however there are some delivery delays and service impacts due to Coronavirus. With many people moving to online shopping and working from home, we are seeing an increase in orders being placed which is resulting in delays.
Our warehouse and partners are still dispatching within the advertised time frames, though due to delivery delays with carriers, you may experience significantly longer delays in delivery.
Delays will mean:
1. Delivery time for the remote area may vary
2. Delivery time for Perth and Brisbane may increase by up to five days
3. Delivery time for North Queensland may increase by up to seven days
4. Delivery times for Tasmania may increase by three days
5. Delivery times for International Post is subjected to the geographical locations, delayed timeframe may vary.
WHAT can be returned?
All products sold by Car Dealz are covered by a minimum of 1 YEAR. Check the item description for accurate warranty information.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
If returning due to a change of mind the items must not be installed and returned within 30 days of receiving. If outside the 30 day return period but before 4 months after purchase there is a 20% restocking fee and all items must be brand new. If returning for repair/replacement, goods should be returned within the warranty period. The 20% restocking fee may be higher depending on the condition and quality of the return.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Please contact us with details of the issue/return request and we will send you a return form that must be included and posted to the address on the form.
HOW do customers return items?
Car Dealz must first be contacted with details of the problem. If we cannot resolve with they product in your possession we will send you a return form and return number to get the goods back to us via post.
We may or may not need all boxes and cables back. Please check with us before returning.
What is the returns process period?
Once we receive goods back they are externally and internally examined to match serial numbers with what was sent to you and check if the issue is manufacturer fault, customer fault or no fault at all. The return process normally takes 1-2 weeks.
If I have a faulty item will Car Dealz send me a replacement then I can return the faulty item?
Unfortunately we need the unit back to inspect for damage and fault first. Often customer's will purchase a new item which we send out. Then when we receive the faulty one back as long as no fault was caused by the customer the amount on the recent purchase will be refunded by the same payment method.
