Coconapple was born in 2015 out of a love affair between a Rug King and a Homewares Addict Queen. With years of Retail, Customer Service and Design behind them they wanted to spread the love and give everyone the chance to find that perfect piece for their dream home.

Fast forward to the present day, and now are able to offer great deals on Toys, gifts, sporting goods and more! Everything you could possible need all under one store!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day returns policy.
The item must not have been used within these 14 days after receiving the order, othewise returns policy is null and void.
Items must be returned to us in NEW condition, and be wrapped up the same as received. Any item that is not sent back in this way will not be accepted upon its return.
Once the item is back with us, we will inspect, and then organise the refund.
The refund amount will also be minus the original postage charge to you. For items that have "free shipping" as freight charge, an nominated amount will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our original freight expenses. This amount will be dependant on wait/size etc.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, this must be brought to our attention via Catch messaging within 14 days of receiving the item.
In the case of a faulty item, photo evidence will need to be submitted to us for assessment. Please then allow for up to 5 business days for assessment. If deemed faulty, then we will organise a return label/collection from you of the faulty item, and a replacement will be sent out.
In the rare case than an item cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued.
