We specialise in bed linen for the bedroom and quilt cover sets for kid's rooms, showcasing contemporary and traditional bedding products, ranging from luxury to budget quilt covers, sheets etc in a wide variety of fabrics such as sateen, cotton, poly cotton, jacquard, waffle, faux silk, faux suede and much more. We also carry coordinating accessories like throws, comforters, cushions, european pillowcases, rugs, bed sheet sets and more.
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving your order for any reason. We will provide a refund (excluding shipping charges which are not refundable), exchange or credit. Any freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. To process a return please contact up within 30 days of receiving your order.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned new, unopened, unused, in the original packaging, labelling intact and in saleable condition. Opened packages will not be accepted for return.
Additional delivery charges for an exchange will be charged and you will need to pay the cost of all return freight before the exchange will be accepted.
Damaged Items:
All items are thoroughly checked before they are dispatched. For products that arrive faulty or damaged please notify us immediately within 5 days of receipt on Catch message.
All goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unused in the original packaging. We will provide either a replacement, credit note or refund.
We will also reimburse your postage for the return of any damaged goods.
