Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us first to let us know. Then you will need to return your product by registered post.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Incorrect Address / Products returned to sender
If a product is returned to us due to an incorrect address, not collected from post office or unable to be delivered then we will refund your order minus a $6 restocking charge.
Damaged / Faulty Products
If you are unhappy with your product due to damage or a product fault please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
