We specialise in stylish high quality furniture, homewares and home renovation products shipped directly to you at factory direct prices.

Should your parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, Directly2U will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner, just send us a Catch message. Must be reported within 48 hours from delivery.

Change of mind returns:
Please call or email us first, items must be returned within 14 business days strictly and must be not used and in the original packaging otherwise a refund will not be granted, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs of the return. Once the return parcel is received and checked (Directly2U has the right to refuse refund if the goods are not in original condition)we will then refund the full value of the product only. 
Refunds outside of the 14 days will be subject to a 25% restock fee which will be determined at Directly2U's discretion.
